LaPensee Plumbing is an authorized Rheem Dealer, and our water heater installation service includes:

• 40 gallon electric tank – Up to 3 Hours of labor which includes:
• Removal of old unit
• Installation of new unit
• 6 Year warranty

Extras may include:

• Pan if necessary
• City Permit if required
• Shut-off Valve if needed
• Expansion Tank
• Extended warranty
• Additional hours of labor over 3 hours

Signs your water heater might need replacing include:

• Water leaking around the base of the tank or any of the connections
• Water quality is off in color, taste or feel (due to sediment)
• Limited hot water or no hot water at all

We also offer Tankless Water Heater installations
